Like many others of Brockmann's books, this isn't the story of just one romance. It has at least three. And at least two suspense plots, and I'm very glad it's her trying to keep all these threads of story straight and not me. So, the hero is Vinh Murphy, the husband of the woman who was ...more...

Into the Fire is the thirteenth book in Suzanne Brockmann’s Troubleshooter series. The main characters are Hannah and Vihn Murphy. Vihn is accused of killing Tim Ebersol who was the neo-Nazi leader of the cult the Freedom Network and such. Murphy’s wife had died by Ebersol’s hand in the boo...more...

Into the Fire by the ever brilliant Suzanne Brockmann is the 13th book in her Troubleshooter Series. I’ve been on board from the beginning, actually from before the beginning. And those of you who have read Ms. Brockmann’s Tall Dark and Dangerous Series (all of which are being reissued, so defi...more...

It has been awhile since I read a Troubleshooters book. Because of this I had a little trouble keeping track of the characters in the beginning. But Suzanne does a wonderful job describing the characters and including snippets of the back story to help new or just confused like me readers keep track...more...

This is about the 10th or 11th book(?) I have read by this author. It is part of her "Navy Seals" series, so features many of the same familiar characters in each book. I loved it! She is so good at telling different stories simultaneously and then tying them all together. This book was li...more...

I really really liked Vinh Murphy's story. Though to be perfectly honest it wasn't just Murphy's story. There were quite a few parallel stories going on: Izzy and Eden, Dave, Decker and Sophia, Tess and Nash, and the shrink messing with all of them. Murphy went through hell and survived. What a ...more...

Vinh Murphy has cut off most of his old friends and co-workers after the murder of his wife Angelina, in a Troubleshooters job. The murder was ordered by neo-Nazi Tim Ebersole and when he's supposedly found dead, the FBI and the Troubleshooters all start looking for Vinh. Several SEAL and Troublesh...more...

The books in the Troubleshooters series are a perfect blend of thriller, mystery, military and romance. Every woman is strong, (almost) every man is enlightened, and everyone gets equal playing time! Brockmann's son is gay and she is one of the few authors I have read that treats her homosexual cha...more...

This is definitely my favorite series. Me not being a Navy SEAL myself, I have no idea how based it is in actual military reality...but I know the concept is true. Men willingly-and routinely-risking their lives...and just generally being totally bad ass. Brockmann has the military suspense thing do...more...

Not as good as other books in the Troubleshooters series. I seldom give a fast-fun-fiction read more than a 3, so this speaks well for this. Brockmann is one of the best romance/mystery writers. Her books include topics that have to be well researched to be believable. What drags this do...more...
