Author biography:

 Cathy is an above-average cook who resides in Dallas, Texas. Her hobby of cooking began when she was twelve years old, helping her mother cook the family meals. Cathy's real love is inventing new recipes and collecting older recipes. Over the years, she has compiled well over 2,000,000 recipes, many self-written, others inherited and still others purchased at estate sales. After four years, Cathy finally has all of these recipes typed up and is putting them into individual categories (example: brownies, cakes, pizza, beef, casseroles, crockpot, chutney, salsa, cheesecake, etc.)
