Even if you have no experience with real estate this guide will provide the step-by-step process you need to follow. The first volume covers the licensing requirements for 11 states - Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, and Idaho. Future volumes will cover all additional states. Just a few of the topics included in this guide are pre-testing education requirements, minimum age and experience requirements, post-test education requirements, state required pre-licensing fees, contact information for each state's licensing commission, continuing education requirements for each included state. In addition, I've also included helpful employment information including average salary information for real estate salespersons, "what to expect" during your first year in the industry, and links to additional career opportunities and information from some of the largest real estate firms in the country.
